1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TopUp.game ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
2. Service Description
TopUp.game provides game virtual currency and in-game item top up services for popular online games worldwide. We act as an authorized reseller and intermediary between users and game publishers, facilitating delivery of digital goods to game accounts.
3. Ordering Process
To place a top up order: select the game and denomination, enter your Player ID accurately, choose a payment method, and complete payment. You are solely responsible for providing the correct Player ID. TopUp.game is not liable for deliveries to incorrect accounts due to user input errors.
4. Payment
Prices on the international Platform are displayed in US Dollar (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Completed payments are binding except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Delivery
Most orders are delivered within 1 to 5 minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases delivery may take up to 24 hours. Contact our support team if your order has not arrived within 24 hours.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available if the top up was not received within 24 hours, if the wrong item was delivered due to our error, or in the case of a confirmed duplicate charge. Refunds will not be processed for incorrect Player IDs entered by the user, items already consumed, or requests made more than 7 days after the order date.

7. Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and pursue recovery of disputed funds where chargebacks are filed in bad faith.
8. Prohibited Use
Users must not use the Platform for fraudulent purposes, abuse promotions or referral programs, use automated bots, or resell purchased credits without written authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
TopUp.game is not liable for losses from game publisher server issues, publisher policy changes, user input errors, or force majeure events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction.
