1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TopUp.game ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
2. Service Description
TopUp.game provides game virtual currency and in-game item top up services. We act as an authorized reseller and intermediary between users and game publishers, facilitating delivery of digital goods to your game account.
3. Ordering Process
To place an order: select the game and denomination, enter your Player ID accurately, choose your payment method, and complete payment. You are solely responsible for entering the correct Player ID — TopUp.game cannot be held liable for deliveries to an incorrect account.
4. Payment
All prices are in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and include applicable GST. We accept PayNow, GrabPay, DBS PayLah!, NETS, OCBC Pay Anyone, and major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Delivery
Most orders are processed within 1 to 5 minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases delivery may take up to 24 hours. Contact support if your order has not arrived within 24 hours.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available if the top up was not received within 24 hours, if the wrong item was delivered due to our error, or in the case of a confirmed duplicate charge. Refunds will not be processed for incorrect Player IDs entered by the user, items already consumed, or requests made more than 7 days after the order date.

7. Prohibited Use
Users must not use the Platform for fraudulent purposes, file chargebacks without first contacting support, abuse promotions, or use automated bots to place orders.
8. Limitation of Liability
TopUp.game is not liable for losses from game publisher server issues, policy changes, user input errors, or force majeure events. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the transaction in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
