2. How We Use Information
We use your information to process top up orders, send order confirmations, provide customer support, detect and prevent fraud, improve our services, and comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
3. Payment Security
TopUp.game does not store credit or debit card details. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. PayNow, NETS, GrabPay, and DBS/OCBC transactions are handled directly by those platforms.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with payment processors (to complete transactions), game publishers (your Player ID for delivery), trusted service providers bound by confidentiality, and legal authorities when required under Singapore law.
5. Cookies
We use the user_locale cookie (365 days) to remember your Singapore locale preference, session cookies for platform operation, and anonymous analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
