1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TopUp.game ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Service Description

TopUp.game provides game virtual currency and in-game item top up services for a wide range of popular online games. We act as an authorized reseller and intermediary between users and game publishers, facilitating the delivery of digital goods to your game account.

3. Ordering Process

To place a top up order on TopUp.game:

  • Select the game and the denomination you wish to purchase
  • Enter your Player ID or game account details accurately — double-check before proceeding
  • Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment
  • Your order will be processed and delivered to your game account

You are solely responsible for entering the correct Player ID. TopUp.game cannot be held liable for deliveries made to an incorrect account due to user input error.

4. Payment

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes. We accept a wide range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX Online Banking, and major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Delivery

Most top up orders are processed instantly, typically within 1 to 5 minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases delivery may take up to 24 hours. If your order has not been delivered within 24 hours, please contact our support team immediately.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • The top up was not received in your game account within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • The wrong item or denomination was delivered due to an error on our part
  • A confirmed duplicate charge occurred for the same order

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

  • The user entered an incorrect Player ID at the time of ordering
  • The in-game item was already consumed or used after delivery
  • The request is made more than 7 days after the order date

7. Prohibited Use

Users are strictly prohibited from using the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose, filing chargebacks without first contacting support, abusing promotions, or using automated bots to place orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

TopUp.game shall not be liable for any losses arising from game publisher server downtime, changes to publisher policies, incorrect information provided by the user, or force majeure events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
